All personalized/custom/monogrammed orders are done in the order that they are received.  We try to process personalized orders within 3-4 business days, but often have up to a two week waiting period for monogrammed items during the holidays.  We will process your order as soon as possible, however, if you need an item by a certain date, please let us know so that we may try to accommodate your request.
