We offer a 30-day exchange privilege for regular priced, non-personalized items in their original un-worn condition, in original packaging, and with tags still attached. YOU MUST HAVE YOUR RECIEPT.  Credit will not be issued for items returned in condition other than that described. DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND STORE CREDIT CANNOT BE GIVEN.  Shipping charges are not refundable.

Personalized items and special orders are FINAL SALE items and are NOT returnable.  All sales are final after 30 days.

All exchanges must be received by us within 30 days after your order was delivered to you by UPS or USPS.

PERSONALIZED items are NOT returnable.

CUSTOM ORDERED ITEMS are NOT returnable.

SALE MERCHANDISE may not be returned for store credit.

HOLIDAY MERCHANDISE is final sale as of the date of the holiday.  This includes clothing and accessories.

Refused shipments will be charged a 25% restocking fee.

To make a return:

Email lala@lalaandcompany.com to obtain the required return authorization (RA) number. Please include your order number, list of items you wish to exchange, and reason for exchange in your email when requesting an RA number. Returns received without an RA number printed on the outside of the package will be refused. RA numbers expire after one week.

You should make your return using an insured carrier that includes tracking.

For regular priced items, we will be happy to issue a store credit or exchange the merchandise.  Items reduced by 50% of regular price are FINAL SALE and no credit will be issued. Orders shipped with free shipping will have the standard shipping charges subtracted from the purchase credit.

Defective / missing merchandise: In the unlikely event that you receive merchandise with a defect upon arrival, please notify us within five (5) days of receiving the item. We will do our best to rectify the situation.
